Duty, Tax & Customs Document

General Information
When shipping internationally, all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, and other government-imposed charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations. These tax rules and payment processes vary depending on local government requirements.
Important Information for Customers
Responsibility
It is the recipient’s responsibility to check and comply with the import tax and customs policies of the destination country before placing an order or receiving a shipment.
Payment
Once the shipment arrives in the recipient’s country, all duties, taxes, and related government fees must be settled directly with the local courier or customs authority. The logistics carrier (such as the Post Office, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) will notify the recipient if any payment is required for parcel release.
Consequences of Non-Payment
If taxes or fees are not paid according to local requirements, shipments may be delayed, returned, or disposed of by customs.
Important notes
Our company’s shipping service covers purchase and delivery only. We are not responsible for estimating, collecting, or paying any duties, taxes, or import charges on your behalf. For details on taxes and fees, please consult your local customs authority.
